CGPSC captures your photograph live. After you enter the OTPs sent to your mobile number and email, you get a link on your phone and take the photo with its camera using an Open Camera button. The advertisements ask for a plain light-coloured wall or surface behind you, a clear face with both ears visible and eyes open, and your face filling about 80% of the frame. Any tool offering to resize a “CGPSC photo” is preparing a file the form does not ask for.

Specifications on this page are taken from the online-application instructions in the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission's advertisements, published at psc.cg.gov.in: the Micro Biologist 2026 advertisement (PDF, 8 September 2026) and the State Service Examination 2025 advertisement (PDF, 26 November 2025), which carry the same wording. Both are in Hindi; the quotations above are our translation.
Checked 29 October 2026. CGPSC gives a format, a maximum size and an ink rule for the signature; it states no dimensions, no DPI and no minimum, so this tool invents none. Each advertisement restates the instructions, so check the one you are applying under. We are not affiliated with CGPSC.
